YOUR ROLE

  • Development of sales (B2B, Adhesive Consumer category) in the area of responsibility: Irkutsk Region, Krasnoyarsk Territory, Khakassia, Trans-Baikal Territory, Buryatia.
  • Development of sales volumes with current customers, search and attraction of new ones.
  • Direct contacts with professional consumers (determination of needs, possibilities of their satisfaction).
  • Development of territorial distributors.
  • Creation of a database of consumer professionals in the region (type of activity, assortment, preferences, potential).
  • Conducting trainings, seminars, professional demonstrations.
  • Work with claims.
  • Market analysis of professional products.
  • Reporting.
  • Team management: 4 exclusive sales representatives.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Higher education (preferably technical / chemical).
  • Successful experience in B2B sales.
  • Confident user of MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word).
  • Willingness to travel. Experience working with exclusive sales representatives.
  • Communication skills, proactivity, energy, flexibility, motivation for results, the ability to convince, planning and organization skills.
  • Independence in decision-making, a high level of self-organization, the ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment.
  • Driving license category B, confident driving skills.
