YOUR ROLE

  • Market analysis: market and segments, Target group insights, competitor analysis, pricing, etc.

  • Definition of potential for development

  • Brand assessment, Brand positioning

  • Development of Brand/product category strategy and marketing plans

  • Project management, including cooperation with HQ (Global Marketing, PD, Purchasing)

  • Category management (assortment, pricing, product development, launches, communication)
  • Market research initiating and steering
  • Develop the full marketing support for the Brand/product category, incl ATL, BTL, Digital
  • Generating and proof the promotion ideas for the brand
  • Communication with and strong support to sales department

  • Control of the budget the Brand/product category according to marketing plans, providing a budget status every month and all necessary accounting documents related to the brand’s expenses.




YOUR SKILLS

  • Higher education (preferable economic, marketing)

  • Experience from 2 years in International companies is desirable

  • Fluent English

  • Advanced PC user

  • Active, energy person

  • Good communication abilities

  • Team player

  • Analytical abilities

  • Able to work under pressure.
