Nordics Media Operations Manager (temporary 12 months contract)

  • This is a temp replacement for a maternity leave.
  • The Media Department is responsible for managing media activities for all Henkel brands across all business units. Within this department, Nordics Media Manager develops the strategies especially in the field of digital media to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our digital media campaigns – more and more with latest technology driven digital marketing solutions.
  • The Nordic Media Operations Manager is responsible for planning and executing our day-to-day media related operations, ensuring that we get the best possible ROI from our digital media budget and secure we target the best fit audience to resonate with our brands in the best possible way to deliver vs the media goals and strategies.
  • Further the role carries the responsibilities to turn data insights into actions to be executed and tested on each channel. Complimentary, the role is in charge of all Nordic website maintenance and updates.


  • University degree in Advertising/Business Administration/marketing, ideally with focus on media or communication
    • Expertise in digital campaign management and programmatic buying, specifically certified experience with Google & Facebook Business Manager and campaign steering
    • Experiences with digital marketing solutions like Google Analytics and DoubleClick Campaign Manager, Facebook Business Manager and Google Business Manager
    • Solid knowledge of data management tools (e.g. DMPs) and programmatic buying tools (e.g. DSP), first experiences in setting up campaigns based on 1st party data.
    • Goal oriented and reliable project management
    • Fluent English language skills • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Persuasive communication, convincing and analytical skills to effectively interact with key stakeholders across functions, countries and external partners
